How Long Will It Take To Dispatch My Order?

How Long Will Shipping Take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services:
Tracked 24: Usually arrives the next working day after dispatch
Tracked 48 (FREE): Usually arrives within 2 working days after dispatch
You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option at checkout. Tracked 48 is free on all UK orders.
My Order Hasn't Arrived, What Should I Do?
If you haven’t received your order and think you should have, please check your email inbox for both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Your shipping confirmation will include full tracking details for your order.
We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder in case the email ended up there.If you're still having trouble finding this information, feel free to send us a message through our contact form. We'll do our best to get back to you within 1 working day (Mon–Fri) to help in any way we can!
How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange?
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.
To begin a return, email us at admin@royceapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Do You Offer Free Returns & Exchanges?
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and received, we’ll issue a refund.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Am I Able To Reserve Items In My Cart?
We feel it is fairest to our community to offer Royce pieces on a first-come, first-served basis. For this reason, we are unable to offer the option to reserve items in your cart.
We recommend checking out and completing your purchase as soon as possible if you would like to secure any items, as they can sell out fast and be removed from your cart if you haven’t completed checkout.
I Emailed Customer Support, When Can I Expect A Response?
We aim to respond to all customer support emails within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If you haven’t received a reply after that time, please check your spam or junk folder in case our response was filtered.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll cancel it for you and issue a full refund. Just email us at admin@royceapparel.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you!
Just a heads-up: refunds can take 5–10 days to process, depending on your original payment method. Unfortunately, this timing is out of our control.
If your order has already been processed, we’ll be unable to cancel it.

At Royce Apparel, we’re committed to providing our community with fast and reliable dispatch and delivery. We begin processing and packing orders shortly after they’re placed to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Because of this, once the processing has started, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make any changes to the order.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
We totally get that mistakes can happen, and we’ll always do our best to help. If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, just drop us an email at admin@royceapparel.co.uk with the subject line "Delivery Address Change". Make sure to include your correct address in the email, and we’ll see if we can catch it in time.
Please note: once your order has entered our warehouse system, we might not be able to make any changes, things move fast so our customers get their orders quickly.
To avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking all your details before placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for parcels going missing or getting delayed due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
Can I Change My Email Address?

Can I Change My Delivery To Next Day Delivery?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help you upgrade to next day delivery.
Just email us at admin@royceapparel.co.uk with your order number and request as soon as possible. However, once your order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery service our team moves quickly to get orders out, so changes aren’t always possible after that point.
Can I Change My Billing Address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the billing address once an order has been placed. This is because the billing details are used to verify your payment at checkout and can’t be edited afterwards.
We recommend double-checking your billing address before placing future orders to avoid any issues. If you’ve entered the wrong billing address but your order went through successfully, there’s usually nothing to worry about as long as the payment was accepted, your order should still be processed as normal.
What If My Order Arrives Faulty Or Is Damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately at admin@royceapparel.co.uk . Kindly include your order number, along with clear photos and a description of the issue or damage. Specify whether you would prefer a full refund or a replacement.
Our dedicated customer support team will promptly assist you within 48 hours to address the situation.

Why Is An Item Missing From My Parcel?
We’re really sorry if something is missing from your order, we’ll do everything we can to get this sorted quickly. To help us look into it further, please email us at admin@royceapparel.co.uk with the subject line “Missing Item”, and include the following: Clear photos of the parcel and its contents, a photo of the parcel seal/opening, a photo of the shipping label, and any packaging inserts that were included. If you’ve already been in contact with the courier, please forward us any correspondence you’ve had along with your customer reference number.
Once we receive this information, our team will get on it straight away and do everything we can to make it right!
How Do Royce Clothes Fit?
The way each of our products fit will be mentioned in the description on the product page for the specific item you're referring to. Size charts can also be found on the product page of that item.
How Do I Wash My Items?
Washing Instructions (For Rhinestone Products)
For rhinestone pieces, we recommend turning the garment inside out (with the zipper zipped up) before washing. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, and do not iron over any designs. After washing, hang the item to dry rather than using a tumble dryer.
Washing labels with specific care instructions can also be found on the inside of each item. Please refer to them to ensure your Royce pieces stay looking their best.
